EasyRent does not collect real-time GPS or location data, device type, operating system version, app version, IP address and App interaction data from your device.

Welcome to EasyRent! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EasyRent mobile application (“EasyRent”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use EasyRent, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  1. You may need to create an account to use certain features.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use EasyRent only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  1. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
  2. Use the app to harass, abuse, or threaten others
  3. Upload offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
  4. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our content or technology
  5. Interfere with the app’s normal functioning or attempt unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Listings and User Content

  1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or property listings you post.
  2. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content within the app.
  3. We may remove or edit content that violates our policies or legal requirements.

5. Communication Between Users

EasyRent facilitates communication between renters and property owners or agents. We are not involved in the actual rental transactions and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or truth of any listings or communications.

6. Fees and Payments

Currently, using EasyRent is free. If any fees are introduced, we will notify users in advance and update these Terms accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology used in EasyRent are the property of EasyRent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EasyRent at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

EasyRent is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the app's availability, accuracy, or reliability. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyRent and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EasyRent, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims or demands resulting from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the app after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.
